Cultive is a farm training campus where future organic market gardeners train for a full year in real farming conditions. Through hands-on experience, we prepare small-scale market gardeners to design and run farms that balance productivity, environmental stewardship, and long-term economic viability.

Inspired by the Fortier Method, the program builds practical expertise in crop production, planning, farm management, and marketing. Cultive supports a new generation of growers in building successful farms and meaningful, sustainable livelihoods.
