Mike Garcia is a first-generation farmer, consultant, Certified Naturally Grown producer, and owner-operator of Everoak Farm in Orlando, Florida. Transitioning from a 10-year career in culinary arts and hospitality, Mike has spent over a decade designing and managing diversified, closed-loop production systems that integrate annual vegetables, perennial fruit trees, agroforestry, and pasture-raised poultry. In addition to running Everoak Farm, Mike collaborates with 4Roots to design and manage regenerative educational farm projects, serves on the Board of Directors for The Kitchen House, and conducts hands-on workshops. As a Certified Consultant, Mike empowers growers to integrate agroforestry, balance livestock with market gardening, and design ecologically resilient farm systems.
