Our mission at the Market Gardener Institute is to multiply the number of thriving, regenerative small farms around the world by equipping growers, today and tomorrow, with the methods to make that possible.
This scholarship program lowers the barrier to entry, providing passionate growers with full access to the Masterclass Certificat or the Flower Farm course.

What the Scholarship Includes
This year, the Market Gardener Institute and our sponsors are awarding 17 full educational grants to selected growers. Recipients will receive 100% free tuition to one of our world-class, self-paced online training programs:
- 12 scholarships for a year-long access to the Masterclass Certificate (valued at $2,525 USD)
Our signature, comprehensive online program is designed to provide a complete roadmap for professionalizing a small-scale vegetable farm, increasing efficiency, and boosting profitability. - 5 scholarships for a lifetime access to The Flower Farm (valued at $1,099 USD)
The ultimate step-by-step training for growers looking to design, manage, and scale a highly successful, sustainable cut-flower enterprise.
Every Scholarship Includes:
- Exclusive Community : Join a private global network of thousands of growers to exchange advice and support.
- Official Certification: Receive an official institute certificate upon successful completion of the course.
Who Should Apply?
Eligibility Checklist:
- Primary Profession: You are a current farmer or market gardener intending to maintain a long-term career in agriculture.
- Regenerative Practices: You utilize organic/regenerative methods that protect natural resources and promote soil health (e.g., cover cropping, composting, crop rotation, and avoiding chemical inputs/GMOs).
What Our Committee is Looking For:
We prioritize applicants who demonstrate a deep commitment to agriculture and can clearly articulate how this specific education will transform their local food system and farm success.
