Tadd Petersen, founder of Harvest Design Co., has 14 years of experience developing community-based sustainable agriculture initiatives and farm-to-table developments. As former Director of Farm and Food at Seminary Hill Farm, he built and managed a 10-acre market farm, created CIA-sanctioned culinary programs, and led regional food accessibility projects. Tadd holds an M.S. in Sustainable Food Systems and has served as a U.S. Delegate to Slow Food’s Terra Madre. He works closely with non-profits, institutions, and farmers to deliver financial planning, infrastructure design, season extension strategies, and resilient local food system models.
