Tamara Bogolasky is a Chilean farmer, consultant, and co-founder of El Borde in Peralillo, Chile, with 12 years of hands-on experience in ecological farming, farm design, and agricultural business development. Trained through Farm School NYC, Grow NYC (Farm Beginnings), and advanced Permaculture Design (PDC / EDE), Tamara combines a 10+ year background in advertising and photography with deep expertise in soil. She has consulted on creating three custom restaurant farms and an herb garden, specializing in designing for culinary needs. Tamara helps build strong partnerships with local chefs and markets.
